Recently had a hot clip on YouTube regarding Britain Got Talent when Susan Boyle a normal look 47 years old lady stunned everyone include the 3 judges with her voice. The moment she sang the 1st word, punch deeply in our heart. Inspiring song and inspiring voice. No doubt mostly in the audience when she 1st walk out to say about her big dream become a professional singer, everyone is thinking she is out of her mind and judge her by her outlook. No way she be a great singer. This thought came across in everyone mind including the judges and of course me. When she said, she wants to sing I Dreamed a Dream, personally I never heard this song before, when starting to watch the clip and waiting her to sing, the songs start with a very orchestra prelude, it must be a big song. Doubt again, can she sang that or it just another funny performance. 'Never judge a book with its cover'

With the start of the 1st words, bring the song alive with inspiring voice. I can't hear clearly every single words of the songs, so I checked online for the lyrics. The song is meant for her. Very meaningful Lyrics and also inspired about our dream.

When people 1st judge us or vice versa when we judge people, the look is the first we assume the people ability and capability. But Susan Boyle give us a wake up call that everyone has his or hers ability and talent to chase for their dream no matter who we are. If we believe and confident, we sure will success and give a big surprise who ever look down on us or judge us on the 1st sight.

Let's fight for our dream guys...No matter what happen, at least we no regret when we give in 100% effort to chase for our dreams. Although it failed, at least we try before.

P/S: I listen this song over and over with Susan Boyle performance. With the atmosphere during the TV show and the songs lyrics, it really really inspiring me that we all can chase for our dream no matter how people think of us. We will prove to them that we really can succeed. At least we try before....

After the return, I am trying to think the best way to motivate my mates. Come on, take your chair, we round by the table and having our formal meeting (in fact, out of control; OMB). One suggestion to my mates, I hope we can have our meeting as earlier as possible. Then only have enough time for us to talk something out of topic and we still able to carry out the meeting smoothly.

Positive praises for people doing good job is encouraged. Well done my mates. I can feel the spirit of work as a team. You all have many suggestions and many ideas during the meeting. I felt impression when listening the ideas one and one came out from your mouth. I believe that’s what we hope to happen. We are now in the path toward our journey.

Any creative ideas are welcomed to share. We share and we make it. We must able to deliver the output in good quality (Quality first). Please be confidence for whatever we going to do. Looking back the journey when we started until now, we actually have done something (at least) and the experience we gained is from 0 to 0.001. We don’t have extra time for other activities. Try to minimize the unnecessary activities and put more effort and attempt in these 2 years for our dream. Focus on our dream. We can make it because we never give up. Cheers.

Happy Chinese New Year to all my mates and you and me. 1,2,3,4,5...so many days. I just realised that I had been in lazy mood for many many days since the first day of Chinese New Year. I know my mates have done something for our dream. Thank you so much.

All of us are in our home or hometown joining with family members for the celebration of cny, although i did not travel at all, so do I. :-)
Wish everyone of us having a great time for the reunion and recharge to get more motivation for the dream. Motivation really do important for everyone of us. So, wish that we could stay nearer to connect ourself nearer to get more motivation when needed.

For the festive season, i have the chance to stay at home to relax for a few days without long distance of travel, try to feel the festival atmosphere. I am sure festive season is a great chance to expand and succeed our dream.

This few days, I am sure you all wont be online...So these few days, the only person that online which is me, will try to share some thinking on this blog if I have any thoughts.

Whenever you heard "piang" or "aiya aiya" or "si si si" from kitchen, without doubt Sky is there..hahaha (Sky, please dun angry).. SKy just so fast motion in doing everything until creating different frequency noise..SHe is definitely a hardworking person in our team.. She is positive. We are always scolded by her because of not enough positive to achieve our dream.. She is realistic, and you can find out every source of her idea is from other success story.. She fully utilise every good things she has gone through. Though she is realistic, she is easily get touched. Every sad movies can easily stole her tears..What a funny combination! interesting than the chemistry reaction, hahaha...Actually, we know each other during our Uni life.. We getting closer join the same society, involve in same project and together with sea Breeze, we are best combination in everythings...We were "tie san jiao" that time and now together with the others two members, we are big wheel to roll toward our destinations..Fren, thank you and i appreciate the fren like you and wish us can move forward together...

She always do the best for her brothers, family and friends. She is generous and kind. She never hesitate to buying thing , giving something or doing something for someone she like to make them happy. She is so kind until we want to stop her to do so. In our team, she plays a different role and cover different part that we all are lack of knowledge and experience. Although she is far from us, we are always a team like a wheel, rolling towards our destination.

He is the only "he" in our team. HAHAHA...Become the only man in the team, this is not easy to get along with a group of ladies in the team. Ladies getting crazy sometime. Luckily, he has a high tolerance level. He always plays a role to calm us down, to lead us back when we are going far aways from the topics..He like to give a speech to us with a interesting begining, attractive contents but the ending.....(Haha, i think you all experience it) Anyway i believe he can give us the speech with a perfect ending one day (YOU CAN DO IT!) He never complain like what we do although he is more busy and tired than every one of us..As a boyfriend, he always give me confidence when i am lack, cheer me up when i am down. Hi, nice to meet you all..I am a cute and nice girl (bias, haha). Ok, ok to be honest...I like to dream, always have wonderful dream about life. I always dream without action but not this time. I want to achieve something in the limited timeframe of life. Many many times, i do something because i need to or i want to achieve something. But this time, i want enjoy the process as well. I am extremely emotional and sensitive girl ( I think smiley know it well). Because of this, i fall down and hurt many many time in my working life. Everytime, i grow and become stronger. Strong and calm are prerequisite and crucial to our Dream.And i still in the progress to train myself. I wish i can always grow together with the team. And i wish and i believe we can achieve our dream, our wish and our destination! Team, let us make it together!

Today is Sunday, what a lovely morning. No work, no school, everyone dip into joyful of morning. What can you do in this precious moment? Doing something you like, your hobby, something you can't do in your everday life. What if this could be last for every morning? This is what I looking for and also everyone, aren't you?

Today came back punctual from work..Reach home at 7pm...Still manage to watch the TVB drama... came back early is a good thing or bad thing?? Good thing is I can have more private and free time to do my own stuff.. the bad thing is, come back punctual, does it mean my business no good? Recently economic crisis more or less impact on my sales. Income also impacted...

Cooking and baking is not my biggest interest. What I like is the feeling of being with friends working out on something. The feeling is great around with friends but this lead me to divide my time properly for my personal time, working time, family time and friends time...So wish that I got 48 hours per day..Working still maintain 8 hours... 40 hours to spend for my own time...hehe...dreaming again...Some time feeling tired and exhausted..Feel that i have no time for myself...Don't you feel that the time currently flew like jetplane...even faster than that....

Really hope our effort can bloom out 'mushroom' to harvest..

1st time write in the blog...Should have write in ages...Well...All because of lazy I guess… even my own blog also written once in a blue moon… sea breeze, represent cool and calm… the elements I need the most.
Dream…what is my dream?? Enthusiasm for dream?? I think need those… I really need those… to smile and relax...haha… just like our theme… to smile and relax is not as easy as we think but not as difficult as we think either… only the way we want to do it…as simple and as difficult as that… if we know what we are doing, we will know what is our next step…
